Our manufacturing facilities operate under a total quality control system. The focus is on productive maintenance, just-in-time management, quality circles and suggestion systems, along with other quality management principles. The system is a common sense approach to improving product, manufacturing and productivity. Each employee in the company from factory worker to administrator, to senior management undergoes quaility training on a regular basis.

Each factory that manufactures Extreme products has separate organizations for material quality inspections, manufacturing quality and quality assurance. All Extreme manufacturing facilities are certified to be ISO 9001:2000 compliant.

Extremely Convenient Inventory Control
Providing customer service involves more than just superior technical support.

We have developed a user friendly packaging system. Bar codes provide an easy way for all product handlers to manage their inventory. Both inner and outer packing cartons are clearly marked with model numbers and quantity for easy identification. We have taken steps to ensure that our cartons are conveniently sized. We offer both shelf packs and larger master case packs.
