The new patented Infinity Premise™ VoIP/Cable Modem Module protects data services from power outage interruption in the home. This passive design approach is extremely reliable as it eliminates added electronics and switches that can fail due to surges. The IPMM VoIP/Cable Modem Module connects to the input of the drop amplifier to provide direct passive access to the cable network. The FIC-Port™ on the Module connects directly to the input port of the premise amplifier without the need for a jumper cable. The passive output VoIP/Cable Modem port provides the full CATV spectrum. In addition, the housing configuration allows the IPMM VoIP/Cable Modem Module to be easily rotated 180° or installed vertically depending on the space constraints of the installation.
The Model IPMM01 provides 1-passive port for either VoIP or Cable Modem service. The Model IPMM02 provides 1-VoIP passive port and 1-Cable Modem passive port.
